THE FESTIVAL
Birrasana is the only craft beer festival which takes place at the edge of the sea. This 2018 will be its 8th Edition -the 27th, 28th and 29th of April- in the Sa Caleta parking lot in Lloret de Mar. Thanks to the support of the municipality of Lloret de Mar, the Patronat de Turisme Costa Brava Girona Pyrenees, the Diputació de Girona and Simply Hops, one more year this event may be possible.
This festival has become a benchmark at the national and international level in the world of handmade beer and was born to give impetus to local and international craft brewers. It also aims to publicize the culture of beer, all its properties and multiple options it offers. The event will be accompanied by an area with different stalls of food and food trucks, as well as live music and children’s shows that will make it an ideal event for any public.

The location
The 2018 Birrasana will take place in Lloret de Mar, in the Sa Caleta beach parking lot. It is a fishermen’s cove of about 110 meters and which is identified mainly by the large number
of boats that rest on the surface of the sand shared between swimmers and fishermen of the area. It is considered one of the most representative and characteristic spaces of Lloret de Mar since it offers wonderful views of Castell d’en Plaja.
The large parking lot allowed to handle without any problem the celebration of this event with a great offer of beers, gastronomic food and activities.
Parkings
Lloret de Mar has multiple public and private car parks. A regulated seasonal blue parking area is also enabled. The most convenient is parking the private vehicle once you reach the town and use other means of transport during your stay.
For buses, Lloret has specific car parks located in different strategic locations of the town.
